This virtual training will help you identify the basic information regarding your business’s finances and the records you will be obligated to keep. Understanding your financial statements is critical to managing your business’s success. Solid financials are also critical for working hand-in-hand with your accountant.
Training instructor, Erin Gibson, is a Certified Business Advisor with the Small Business Development Center (SBDC) at Ohio University’s Voinovich School of Leadership & Public Service. She has experience consulting small to medium sized businesses from all industries in business planning, financial analysis, market planning, and assistance in securing financing.
