Please Note: This is a 2-part, in-person program, will be held on Friday, March 20th & 27th, 2026 from 9:00AM – 4:00PM. Only for-profit entities that have been in business for one year or longer are eligible.
Driving strong financial performance in your business is crucial. This program provides business owners and key managers with tools that can move attendees from Profit Mystery to Profit Mastery. Using case studies and a down-to-earth style, this DVD-based program, developed by Business Resource Systems, includes all the material from their internationally acclaimed, two-day program.

Registration includes a 200+ page workbook per participating business. This workshop normally costs nearly $500 to attend. Thanks to funding provided by the Ohio Small Business Development Center at Ohio University, we are providing this training at no-cost.
Join facilitator, Richard Carr, Certified Business Advisor® with the Ohio Small Business Development Center (SBDC) at Ohio University’s Voinovich School of Leadership & Public Service. When serving clients in Licking & northern Fairfield Counties including Canal Winchester & Pickerington, Richard utilizes his expansive knowledge of contractor management including capabilities analysis, qualifications, selection, and finished product quality review.
