Please Note: This 2-part, in-person program, will be held on Wednesday, April 15th & 29th, 2026 from 9:00AM – 4:00PM. One hour will be allotted for lunch courtesy of Tim James, First Microloan Lending. Only for-profit entities that have been in business for one year or longer are eligible.
Driving strong financial performance in your business is crucial. This program provides business owners and key managers with tools that can move attendees from Profit Mystery to Profit Mastery. Using case studies and a down-to-earth style, this DVD-based program, developed by Business Resource Systems, includes all the material from their internationally acclaimed, two-day program.
In this hands-on workshop, topics covered will include:

• Making effective pricing decisions
• Avoiding cash crunches

• An approach to analysis
Registration includes a 200+ page workbook per participating business. This workshop normally costs nearly $500 to attend. Thanks to funding provided by the Ohio Small Business Development Center at Ohio University, we are providing this training at no-cost.
Facilitator Cindy Voorhies, a Certified Business Advisor® with the Ohio Small Business Development Center (SBDC) at Ohio University’s Voinovich School of Leadership & Public Service, covers three counties: Muskingum, Guernsey, and Belmont counties. Cindy has several years of experience advising and assisting small business owners within the Ohio SBDC network. Cindy provides technical assistance and advising in multiple areas including business planning, access to capital, market planning and financial analysis.
