Please Note: This is a 2-part, in-person program, will be held on Tuesday, October 28th & November 4th, 2025 from 9:00AM – 4:00PM. One hour will be allotted for lunch on your own. Only for-profit entities that have been in business for one year or longer are eligible.

Driving strong financial performance in your business is crucial. This program provides business owners and key managers with tools that can move attendees from Profit Mystery to Profit Mastery. Using case studies and a down-to-earth style, this DVD-based program, developed by Business Resource Systems, includes all the material from their internationally acclaimed, two-day program.

In this hands-on workshop, topics covered will include:

• Using tools to take active control
• Making effective pricing decisions
• Avoiding cash crunches
• Planning for transition
• An approach to analysis

Registration includes a 200+ page workbook per participating business. This workshop normally costs nearly $500 to attend. Thanks to funding provided by the Ohio Small Business Development Center at Ohio University, we are providing this training at no-cost.

Join facilitators, Cindy Voorhies and Teri Clapper, Certified Business Advisors® with the Ohio Small Business Development Center (SBDC) at Ohio University’s Voinovich School of Leadership & Public Service. They are both experienced consultants of small to medium-sized businesses from all industries in business planning, financial analysis, market planning, and assistance in securing financing.
