Please Note: This is a 2-part, in-person program held on Tuesday, November 5th & 12th, 2024 from 9:00AM – 4:00PM. One hour will be provided for lunch on your own. Only for-profit entities that have been in business for one year or longer are eligible.
Driving strong financial performance in your business is crucial. This program provides business owners and key managers with tools that can move attendees from Profit Mystery to Profit Mastery. Using case studies and a down-to-earth style, this DVD-based program, developed by Business Resource Systems, includes all the material from their internationally acclaimed, two-day program.
In this hands-on workshop, topics covered will include:

• Making effective pricing decisions
• Avoiding cash crunches
• Planning for transition
• An approach to analysis
Registration includes a 200+ page workbook per participating business. This workshop normally costs nearly $500 to attend. Thanks to funding provided by the Small Business Development Center at Ohio University, we are providing this training at no-cost.
Instructor Erin Gibson is a Certified Business Advisor with the Small Business Development Center (SBDC) at Ohio University’s Voinovich School of Leadership & Public Service. She has experience consulting small to medium-sized businesses from all industries in business planning, financial analysis, market planning and assistance in securing financing.
