In partnership with the Muskingum County Library System, join us for a Delegating & Outsourcing Roundtable. This session will explore what tasks to keep in-house and what to outsource for efficiency and growth. The roundtable format allows participants to discuss real challenges and solutions together.
Topics to be covered include:
- Learn how to evaluate the cost vs. value of outsourcing
- Identify which business tasks to delegate for maximum efficiency
- Hear how other small businesses manage outsourcing decisions
Join instructor Teri Clapper, Certified Business Advisor®, with the Ohio Small Business Development Center at Ohio University for this no-cost, in-person session! As a part of the SBDC business advisor team, Teri also delivers expertise in business management, forecasting, and helping clients move forward with strong growth strategies.
