In partnership with the Muskingum County Library System, join us for Crisis Management for Small Business. Unexpected challenges are part of running a business, but you don’t have to be caught off guard. This session focuses on building simple plans to handle supply chain issues, financial setbacks, or staff shortages.

Topics to be covered include:

  • Understand common small business crises and how to prepare for them
  • Learn practical tools for building a flexible back up plan
  • Gain strategies to communicate with customers during tough times

Join instructor Teri Clapper, Certified Business Advisor®, with the Ohio Small Business Development Center at Ohio University for this no-cost, in-person session! As a part of the SBDC business advisor team, Teri also delivers expertise in business management, forecasting, and helping clients move forward with strong growth strategies. Her specialized focus is on all things marketing and advertising, assisting clients with market research, building marketing strategies, implementing marketing campaigns, and utilizing social media, digital marketing, websites, and off-line marketing assets to reach business goals.
