Cindy Voorhies, a Certified Business Advisor within the Small Business Development Center (SBDC) at Ohio University’s Voinovich School of Leadership & Public Affairs covers three counties: Muskingum, Guernsey, and Belmont counties. Cindy has several years of experience counseling and assisting small business owners within the Ohio SBDC network. Cindy provides technical assistance and counseling in multiple areas including business planning, access to capital, market planning and financial analysis. Cindy has experience working with clients in many industries, including the oil and gas industry.

Cindy obtained a bachelor’s degree from Ohio University and a Master’s of Information Strategy, Systems & Technology (MISST) from Muskingum University. Cindy is a Certified Business Advisor. Cindy’s extensive experiences provides her with strong leadership skills and the ability to bridge the gap between business strategy and technology. Cindy is currently a co-owner of two Great Clips franchises in Zanesville, Ohio.
