This session covers how to encourage customers to spread the word, both online & offline. Our roundtable gives you the chance to share what has worked (or not worked) for your business.

Join instructor Teri Clapper, Certified Business Advisor®, with the Ohio Small Business Development Center at Ohio University for this no-cost, in-person session. As a part of the SBDC team, Teri also delivers expertise in business management, forecasting, and helping clients move forward with strong growth strategies.
